Skint is Australian slang for broke. Six months ago, the founder of Skint Labs didn't know how to write a line of code. No funding. No team. No technical background. Just a simple observation: small Shopify store owners were spending hours every day answering the same customer questions that already had answers in their data.
That observation became Jerry. Then, when real users started trying to jailbreak the AI, the security module built to protect Jerry became its own product: WonderwallAi. Two commercial AI products, built from scratch by a self-taught solo founder turning 40 into a fresh start.
AI tools were the equaliser that made it possible. But there's a ceiling to vibe coding. The tools got the work started. Understanding is what got it finished.
